Since 2012, Mission Edge has built the HR, accounting, and administrative foundation that lets nonprofits spend their attention on mission instead of administration. A nonprofit itself, it partners with mission-driven organizations nationwide.
The Control Illusion grew out of this work. Much of what drains a nonprofit leader is administrative weight that was never the best use of their attention. Handing it to people who do it every day is one of the most practical applications of the dichotomy of control.
